Kelly McCullough is the head of R-Children Entertainment, LLC.

He served as General Manager of Arizona PBS from October 2008 to July 2016. Prior to that, he was Associate General Manager, Marketing & Development for Arizona PBS and has worked in PBS and public media for much of the past 30 years. As General Manager, McCullough was responsible for all aspects of Arizona PBS, including P&L, fund raising, strategic planning, community partnerships, business development, programming and multimedia operations.

Known for his fund-raising expertise, he has extensive experience in membership, major giving, corporate sponsorship/underwriting, planned giving, fund raising events, and new business ventures.

From 2011 to 2016, he was co-chair of the PBS Major Market Group fund raising initiative, aka, the Contributor Development Partnership.  He has served on the PBS Affinity Group Coalition Revenue Committee as well as the PBS Interactive Digital Opportunities Task Force.  He was co-chair of the Public Television Major Market Group Interactive Media committee and is past chair of the PBS Development Advisory Committee.  He lead and fostered a major donor engagement initiative across Major Market Group PBS stations – now evolved into the PBS Insider Experience.  McCullough has received 20 PBS awards for development and promotion and seven regional Emmy Awards.  He also has been a speaker numerous times at PBS Conferences and for other organizations.

McCullough earned his B.S. in broadcast management from The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University and his M.B.A. from ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business.  He is an inductee in the ASU Cronkite School Hall of Fame.

In the community, he is a member of the Arizona Office of Tourism Advisory Council, Chairs the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits Board of Directors, and co-chairs the Taliesin West (Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation) Board of Stewards.
